Security Deposit: For your peace of mind, all security deposit refunds are processed on the same day the vehicle is successfully returned and inspected.
Booking Amount: The initial booking fee is non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility to transfer your booking to any other trip scheduled within the same calendar month.

Prohibited Activities: Our vehicles are intended for standard travel only. Use of the fleet for driving lessons, sports, racing, rallies, or any competitive events is strictly forbidden. Any violation will lead to the immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
Illegal Transport: Utilizing the vehicle for transporting prohibited goods or passengers in violation of Indian law or customs regulations is strictly prohibited.

Driver Identity: For safety and insurance compliance, the vehicle must be operated exclusively by the individual who made the booking.
Documentation: A valid, original Indian Driving License is mandatory and must be carried by the authorized driver at all times during the rental period.

Return State: The vehicle must be returned in the same mechanical and aesthetic condition as recorded at the time of pick-up.
Fuel Levels: We follow a "Like-for-Like" fuel policy. The car must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at delivery.
- Please note that excess fuel is non-refundable.
- If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the cost of the difference will be charged.
Cleanliness: If the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty state (interior or exterior), a professional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

The customer is responsible for all operational costs, including but not limited to: Petrol, Toll charges (Fastag), Parking fees, State permits, and Interstate taxes. These expenses are non-refundable.

Minor Damages: The customer is solely responsible for any damage costs up to ₹10,000.
Accessories & Repairs: Any missing accessories or required repairs upon return will be billed to the customer.
Depreciation & Claims: In the event of an insurance claim, the customer is liable to pay the depreciation costs as per industry standards.
Towing: In the unfortunate event of an accident or breakdown due to negligence, vehicle towing charges will be billed to the customer.

All toll payments made via the vehicle’s Fastag will be deducted from the company’s pool account. These charges will be adjusted against the customer's security deposit. A detailed Fastag statement will be provided upon request for transparency.

Roll On Cars (and its parent entity) shall not be held liable for any criminal or civil consequences arising from the customer's usage of the vehicle.
Negligence: The customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any incidents resulting from negligent driving, speeding, or driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances.
Traffic Violations: All traffic fines, penalties, or legal notices incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.
